Process and Shipping Times

DKDIESEL PERFORMANCE & OFFROAD DOES NOT SHIP ORDERS TO ADDRESSES THAT DO NOT MATCH THE VERIFIED BILLING ADDRESS FOR THE CARDHOLDER.

Refused, Returned or Unwanted shipments will incur a 20% restocking fee along with DROP SHIP & SHIPPING Charges! Orders placed before 1 PM will ship same day if available in stock.



DKDiesel.com shipments arrive within a week, depending on your location and availability of the item ordered. If you would like to track your order, please log into your account for ay available tracking numbers or check your email for updates.

DKDiesel Performance & Offroad offers free shipping on orders over $75.00 to customers in the lower 48 states only. We ship via UPS or USPS but reserve the right to ship with the carrier that will get the product to you quickly and for the best price. We try to process all orders the same business day, with the exception of holidays and weekends. Processing times can vary due to circumstances, so please allow 24 hours for processing or longer for special order items. Cutoff time for next day delivery is 1:30 PM PST, however this may vary depending on availability and any processing delays.

In the unlikely event that a shipment is lost or damaged by the shipping company, DKDiesel Performance & Offroad is not liable for sending replacement items. A claim will be filed with the shipping company to either locate the lost item or issue credit. DKDiesel Performance & Offroad will not send a replacement item until the shipping company has closed the claim. If the shipping company can locate the lost item and it is delivered to its destination, DKDiesel Performance & Offroad is not liable for offering discounts or refunds for lost time due to issues with the shipping company. DKDiesel Performance & Offroad will only send replacement parts before a claim is closed if the customer purchases a replacement item. If the item is located and delivered to its destination, DKDiesel Performance & Offroad will offer a full refund once the original item has been returned or the shipping company has issued credit for the lost or damaged item.

Due to the nature of the products we sell at DKDiesel.com we automatically ship all orders with a signature required. By purchasing from us you acknowledge that you are responsible to make arrangements with the shipping company to receive your product. If the package is refused at the door or you aren't able to make arrangements to receive the product and the item is sent back to our warehouse, a 20% restocking fee along with Shipping & Drop Ship Charges will apply. If you don't want a signature required, please include a comment telling us with your order. However, if you choose this option please understand that if the delivery service has had a problem with theft in your area they may still not leave the package without a signature, and all responsibility for delivery of the product is removed from DKDiesel Performance & Offroad.

Non-Contiguous Orders

For orders shipped to Alaska & Hawaii we do our best to pass on the lowest shipping prices possible. In many cases, however, free shipping does not apply. You can determine if there is an additional shipping charge on your order to Alaska or Hawaii during the checkout process.

Q: Return Policy

DKDiesel Performance & Offroad accepts returns for items within 30 days of purchase date. All returned items are subject to potential restocking fees up to 20% of the purchase price. DKDiesel Performance & Offroad DOES NOT accept returns on items that have been installed or modified in any way. Return shipping will be at the purchaser's expense. Special order or drop-shipped items will be refunded within 30 days of return date to the manufacturer. Refunds will be given ONLY to the original payment method used to make the purchase. In the event that a product is deemed defective out of the box, depending on the nature of the defect the product may need to be sent in to the manufacturer for warranty repairs/replacement. The cost of the shipping will be at the purchaser's expense.
