The ProMaxx Performance Cylinder Heads are high quality replacements for your 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke. Built with thicker castings in crack prone areas, these heads undergo extensive testing and quality control to ensure that you receive the best product possible.
ProMaxx performs the following tests and procedures: All fuel rails are drilled and checked, All heads are push rod clearanced, glow plugs and injectors are test fit, all recession depths are checked, all heads are pressure tested, all holes are tapped including glow plug threads and each head gets an i-nhouse valve job.
Sold individually as a complete cylinder head with valves, valve seals, springs, retainers and locks, these new castings are sold without a core charge and come ready to install.

Fitment Guide:
- 18mm Alignment Dowels (Early) - For models built before September 30th, 2003. This kit includes a screw-in style stand pipe. These models will have the ICP Sensor on the HPOP cover.
- 18mm Alignment Dowels - For models built September 30th, 2003 - January 11th, 2006. The ICP sensor is located on passenger side valve cover above the glow plug control module.
- 20mm Alignment Dowels - Manufactured January 12th, 2006 & newer.
